Terms of Use

Effective date: 30 August 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the InVisee website.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. InVisee’s current status

InVisee is in formation.

This website describes InVisee’s approach, principles, intended direction and current activities. References to future capabilities, infrastructure, standards, verification, licensing systems or other services should not be understood as representations that those capabilities are presently operational unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Informational purpose

Material on this website is provided for general informational purposes.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, investment or other professional advice.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, guarantee of service, representation of regulatory status or promise of a particular commercial outcome.

4. Contacting InVisee

Submitting an enquiry, requesting an invitation or communicating with InVisee does not by itself:

  • —create an account;
  • —create an Identity Record;
  • —establish verification;
  • —create a licence;
  • —grant any rights;
  • —create an agency, partnership, fiduciary or employment relationship;
  • —guarantee acceptance into any future InVisee programme; or
  • —create a binding commercial relationship.

Any future service or commercial relationship will be governed by the relevant separate agreement.

5. Identity and likeness rights

Nothing on this website grants permission to use any person’s name, image, likeness, voice, performance, identity material or other protected rights.

The appearance, mention or description of any person does not constitute a licence or authorisation to reproduce, simulate, train on, generate from or otherwise exploit that person’s identity.

Any such rights must be obtained from the person or applicable rights holder through an appropriate authorisation or licence.

6. InVisee does not own your identity

InVisee does not claim ownership of a person’s identity merely because that person contacts InVisee, participates in a conversation or may later use an InVisee service.

InVisee’s role is intended to support trusted control, permission, evidence and licensing around human identity.

Specific rights and obligations relating to future services will be governed by their applicable agreements.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, branding, design, graphics, diagrams, frameworks, documentation and other materials are owned by or licensed to InVisee and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation.

You may not, without appropriate permission:

  • —reproduce substantial portions of the website for commercial use;
  • —present InVisee materials as your own;
  • —use InVisee branding in a manner suggesting endorsement or affiliation;
  • —commercially exploit proprietary InVisee materials; or
  • —remove proprietary notices from materials obtained from this website.

Nothing in these Terms prevents uses that are permitted by applicable law and cannot lawfully be restricted.

8. No false affiliation or verification

You must not represent or imply that you, another person or an organisation is:

  • —verified by InVisee;
  • —certified by InVisee;
  • —represented by InVisee;
  • —licensed by InVisee;
  • —partnered with InVisee; or
  • —otherwise officially affiliated with InVisee

unless InVisee has expressly authorised that representation.

9. Acceptable use

You must not knowingly use the website to:

  • —violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
  • —submit fraudulent, deceptive or deliberately misleading information;
  • —impersonate another person without authority;
  • —interfere with the security or operation of the website;
  • —introduce malicious code;
  • —attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
  • —harvest information from the website through abusive automated means; or
  • —use the website to facilitate unauthorised exploitation of another person’s identity or likeness.

10. Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party services.

InVisee does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security or privacy practices.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website as InVisee develops.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot reasonably be made at this stage of InVisee’s development.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InVisee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on or use of this informational website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

14. Future InVisee services

Future InVisee products and services may be governed by separate terms, licences, privacy notices, consent instruments or other agreements.

Where a separate agreement applies, that agreement will govern the relevant service or transaction and will take precedence over these website Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

15. International use and applicable law

InVisee is being developed for international use.

These Terms provide a common baseline for use of the website. They do not attempt to replace mandatory laws that may apply because of a user’s location, InVisee’s activities or another legally relevant connection.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

As InVisee enters particular markets or introduces regulated or jurisdiction-sensitive services, additional local terms or legal requirements may apply.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as InVisee and the website develop.

The current version and effective date will be published on this page.

Continued use of the website after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
